Agency fees are defined in the mandate signed between the parties

WITH AGENCY FEES INCLUDED,

calculated on the property’s asking price.

Agency fees are payable by the seller,

unless otherwise specified in the mandate.

shared equally between the tenant and the property owner (50/50).
